Boya endeavours to employ Indigenous personnel wherever possible. We actively pursue and develop Indigenous trade and site team contractors.
Boya offers a supportive training and development program to Indigenous youth and partners with other Indigenous groups to assist with recruitment, training and retaining team members.
Our mentoring program provides team members with direct support from senior Indigenous personnel. We ensure guidance, motivation and positive role modelling is provided for successful career planning and progression.
As a group we have extensive experience, specialising in commercial, industrial and civil building projects, ranging in complexity from office accommodation to warehouses and workshops, retail developments, hospitality, healthcare and sporting facilities, civil projects and
more. With a strong emphasis on safety, reliability and quality construction Boya’s highly skilled team will ensure the success of your construction project, no matter how complex.
The safety of all personnel working on site is of paramount importance. Safety management is a critical component of the construction process. Site safety on Boya projects is managed by Site Supervisors, with additional support provided by the Health, Safety and Environment Manager and the Safety Management Team.
